Refund Policy

The Fee that you pay to Zitraar is against the services rendered by Zitraar for your business. We only accept payment against agreed Proposal or Invoice. The fee we charge may vary from services to services depending on the time and efforts deployed by the team to deliver the service.


Limited Liability

Under any circumstances, the maximum liability of Zitraar shall be limited to the fee we collected for the services and we will not liable for any loss or damages that may be incurred or as may be claimed by the customer due to delay in process (technical or otherwise)


Procedure For Requesting Refund

In case you want to cancel the order or request refund of fee, contact your relationship manager or sent an email to support@zitraar.com with reason for refund of fee. Refund will be processed only for refund requests submitted within 72 Business Hours of placing the order. Refund request submitted after 72 Business Hours of placing the order shall not be eligible for Refund. Refund request submitted within 72 Hours will be 100% refund to the client. If Zitraar team has spend effort in implementation of service, the cost for the effort spend will be retained by Zitraar and remaining amount will be refund. The refund will only made to Business Bank Account or Source Account. Zitraar don’t accept any refund request to personal account at the same time we don’t accept payment from personal bank accounts.

No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges.

Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.

No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.

Zitraar is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.


Jurisdiction

Any disputes or claims and refund of fee arising in connection with services engagements with Zitraar shall be governed in accordance with the law of India and courts in Tamilnadu only shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle the matters.
