Refund & Limited Liability Policy

This Refund & Liability Policy outlines the rules governing payments, cancellations, credits, and limitations of liability for services provided by Zitraar Technologies. The policy ensures clarity and transparency for our clients and sets expectations regarding financial and legal responsibilities.

Scope   

This policy applies to all clients engaging with Zitraar Technologies for services under an agreed Proposal or Invoice. It covers fees, cancellations, credits, and liability limitations. License fees paid directly to Zoho or any third party service providers are explicitly excluded from this policy.


Payment Terms

  • The fee paid to Zitraar is strictly against services rendered for your business.

  • Payments are accepted only against an agreed Proposal or Invoice.

  • Fees may vary depending on the scope of services, time, and effort required to deliver the agreed outcomes.


Refund & Credit Policy

  • All fees paid to Zitraar are non-refundable.

  • If a client cancels a service (before or after commencement), the amount paid will be retained as credit in their account for future use.

  • Credits:

    • Can be applied toward future service orders.

    • Will be valid for 12 months from issuance, after which unused credits will expire.

  • Administrative fees, setup/installation charges, and one-time costs are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

  • Taxes charged in compliance with government regulations are not eligible for credit.

  • If services are terminated due to violation of Zitraar’s Terms & Conditions by the client, no credit will be issued.

  • License fees paid to Zoho or other third parties are out of Zitraar’s scope. Clients must contact Zoho or third party directly for cancellations, refunds, or adjustments in such case.


Limited Liability   

Under all circumstances, the maximum liability of Zitraar shall be limited to the fees collected for the services in question.

Zitraar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Delays in process (technical or otherwise)
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party system failures

Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.


Effective Date & Amendments   

This policy is effective from 23-September-2025.
The document shall be updated as and when required by Management of Zitraar.
